this post is a long-winded one.and it is not impt.:)
can skip and just read the last line of the post.LOL:)

after working for two plus plus weeks at the shop,i've met many different kinds of ppl.

type one:
some think that if they buy things from the shop,they are superior.and we are just nothing.i just would like to say that they use the money to exchange for goods.(its not like that they give us money for nth)so why act as though they were of a upper class than us.

type two:
some bought the wrong stuff and wanted to refund and exchange for other stuff.
this is usual.we allow customers to do so.nth wrong.BUT i've met one customer that is difficult to deal with.
she always ask her son to help her to buy things from the shop,then her son always bought the wrong one.(not what she wanted).nvm.
she wanted to change the one she bought for $1.35 to the $0.90 one.i cannot return her the $0.45,she just dun understand and put me in a difficult position.i don't own the shop.i cannot make decisions.she's unhappy with me.the manager asked me not to bother abt her.say she always want to refund.i know this is bad.but i couldn help too.

type 3
i've met one who does not have enough money.my fault?i don't think so.but she shouted at me.10 cents only...............dunno what.
why shout at me??:S

tpye 4
some pay by coins.give me many 5 cent coins,expect me to count.is like dollars and dollars of 5 cents.a pregnant lady paid $20 by 10 cent coins.i didn have the time to count because there's a long queue.but she insisted on paying by 10 cent coins and claim that she nv bring her notes.i left it aside and count later,when there are less ppl.but if there's a shortage,i gotta pay for it.lol.

sometimes there is some kind of misunderstanding.so yeah.quite sad.but this are just minor setbacks:)

but of course I've also met those NICE NICE and polite ppl:)
